Terms & Conditions

These Terms of Use and Sale (“Terms”) are a contract between you and Techgram Systems India Private Limited selling the Yogi Adhiraaj brand of consecrated Mahayantras, Vajras, Manibaddh, Itram and related ashram services on yogiadhiraaj.in and related ashram pages. By browsing, placing an order or making a payment you accept these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Cancellation and Refund Policy, Shipping and Delivery Policy and Disclaimer.

1. Seller and brand

Legal seller / merchant of record: Techgram Systems India Private Limited, registered office Sambhav C-20, Corporate Road, G Block BKC, Bandra Kurla Complex, Bandra East, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400051. 2. What we sell and pricing

We sell physical, handcrafted spiritual instruments that are personalised and consecrated after a janma / sookshm reading. Each piece is made to order for the person named on the order. Country of origin: India. Current prices are on the products pages, in Indian Rupees (INR), inclusive of GST unless a page says otherwise. There are no hidden checkout fees on prepaid India orders. Cash on Delivery on the main shop, where offered, adds ₹990 for insured COD handling. A GST invoice is issued on dispatch.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older and capable of entering a contract under Indian law. You confirm that the name, address, mobile and birth details you give are true. Wrong details may delay consecration or dispatch and are not grounds for a refund once work has begun.

4. Orders and contract

A contract is formed when we accept your order and payment is authorised (UPI credit matched to the merchant account, or a successful capture on Razorpay Checkout). We may refuse or cancel an order in case of pricing error, stock or muhurat constraint, suspected fraud, or a prohibited shipping address. If we cancel before dispatch we refund the amount actually received, to the original payment method, within 5–7 business days of approval.

5. Payments

Payments are collected in the name of Techgram Systems India Private Limited. Prepaid UPI may be paid to the VPA shown at checkout. This website never asks for your UPI PIN.

Card, UPI, net banking, wallets and other methods enabled on Razorpay Checkout are collected by Razorpay Payments Private Limited, an RBI-authorised Payment Aggregator. This website never stores card numbers, CVV, UPI PIN or OTP. Razorpay is not a seller of the yantra and is not responsible for consecration or delivery. Chargebacks and payment disputes follow Razorpay and card-network rules in addition to these Terms.

Failed, cancelled or incomplete payments do not confirm an order. If an amount is debited twice, write to us with the payment id / UTR; we refund the extra debit to the original method within 5–7 business days of confirmation.

6. Custom consecrated goods

Once energization in your name, gotra and nakshatra has begun, the piece cannot be resold. The Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules treat clearly personalised goods differently from ready stock. Cancellation after consecration has started is therefore not available, except as written in the Cancellation and Refund Policy (transit damage, or our failure to deliver).

7. Intellectual property

All text, photographs, geometry, mantras as published, logos and video on this site are owned by the merchant or the ashram lineage and may not be copied for commerce. “Yogi Adhiraaj” and related marks are brand names of the ashram.

8. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site, harvest data, attempt to probe payment pages for card data, or use the shop for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend access if you do.

9. Limitation

Spiritual instruments are offered in good faith. We do not guarantee a medical, legal, financial or material result. This is not a get-rich-quick scheme and not a substitute for professional advice. Our liability for a proven fulfilment failure is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra, and Kodagu, Karnataka, shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
