This notice is for Techgram Systems India Private Limited (“we”, “the merchant”), selling under the brand Yogi Adhiraaj / Yogi Adhiraaj Life Sciences / Yogi Adhiraaj Sansthaan. Consecration is performed at Yogi Adhiraaj Sewa Ashram (Shri Swami Sevashram), Abhimatya Shikhar, Madikeri, 571201, Karnataka. The registered office is Sambhav C-20, Corporate Road, G Block BKC, Bandra Kurla Complex, Bandra East, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400051. By using this website, signing in, placing an order, or writing to us, you agree to this notice.

This notice is published to comply with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, and the website-disclosure requirements of payment aggregators including Razorpay Payments Private Limited.

1. Who sells to you

The seller of record on this website is Techgram Systems India Private Limited. Yogi Adhiraaj Life Sciences is the ashram brand. Payments, invoices, refunds and GST documents are issued in the merchant’s name. Country of origin of goods: India. Prices are in INR.

2. What we collect, and why

Identity and contact. Name, mobile number, email, city, state, pincode and postal address — to take your order, dispatch the yantra, send a GST invoice, and reach you on WhatsApp or email.

Birth and sadhana details. Date, time and place of birth, gotra, mother’s name, and the purpose you select — only to personalise consecration. These are treated as confidential ashram records, not marketing lists.

Order and payment. Product chosen, amount in INR, order id, and payment status. Prepaid UPI on this website is collected in the name of Techgram Systems India Private Limited. Card, UPI, net banking and wallet payments processed by Razorpay Payments Private Limited are collected on our behalf. We never store your card number, CVV, expiry, UPI PIN, OTP or net-banking password. Those stay only with Razorpay and your bank or UPI app.

Incomplete forms. If a form is left unfinished, we may still keep the name, mobile, email and city already typed, so the ashram conversation can continue with care rather than starting again.

Google sign-in. If you continue with Google we receive the name, primary Gmail and profile photograph Google already holds. We do not receive your Google password and we do not post on your account.

Technical. An anonymous Visitor ID and session, pages opened, product viewed, device type, approximate city-level geography where lawful, referring URL and UTM campaign tags — so the ashram can understand the journey and assist you. A session cookie keeps you signed in. The cart may sit in your browser.

3. Lawful purpose

We use this information to fulfil the contract you request (order, consecration, dispatch), to issue a tax invoice, to write to you as the ashram, to prevent fraud, to comply with GST and payment-aggregator rules, and — only with the notice already shown on the site — to remember a visit so a sankalpa can continue.

4. Who sees your information

  • The ashram desk that reads charts, consecrates and dispatches.
  • Techgram Systems India Private Limited, which operates the website and the merchant account.
  • Hostinger, which hosts the website and the ashram mailbox.
  • Razorpay Payments Private Limited (RBI-authorised Payment Aggregator), only for collecting and settling payment.
  • Google, only for the sign-in you start.
  • The courier, only the name, mobile and delivery address needed to deliver the parcel.
  • WhatsApp, when you yourself tap a WhatsApp link.

We do not sell your Gmail, mobile number or birth details. We do not give them to advertisers. Processors may use the data only for the task we assign.

5. Where it is stored

Records are kept in India on first-party ashram systems and the Hostinger mailbox. Payment card data processed by Razorpay is handled on Razorpay’s PCI-DSS certified systems. We do not keep a copy of card numbers on this website.

6. How long we keep it

Order, birth and dispatch records are kept for consecration, GST invoicing, and the period Indian tax and payment-aggregator law requires (including at least six months of transaction records). Google lead records stay until you ask us to delete them or they are no longer needed for ashram correspondence. You may ask us to stop promotional ashram letters at any time.

7. Your choices

Write to info@yogiadhiraaj.in from the same email or with your order name. Ask us to send a copy of what we hold, to correct a name or birth time, to stop promotional letters, or to delete a lead record that is not tied to an open order. We will not delete a record we must keep for a consecrated order already in work, for GST, or for a payment dispute.

You may use the shop without Google sign-in. Checkout will then ask you to type email and name yourself.

8. Children

This shop is for adults placing a sadhana or household order. We do not knowingly collect accounts of children under 18.
