Shipping and Delivery Policy

This shipping policy applies to physical Mahayantras, Vajras, Manibaddh and Itram sold by Techgram Systems India Private Limited and dispatched from Yogi Adhiraaj Sewa Ashram, Madikeri, Karnataka, India. Country of origin: India. Prices and shipping charges are in Indian Rupees (INR).

1. Processing time

Each piece is consecrated after birth details are received. Custom consecration typically takes 7 to 14 working days. Orders are not dispatched on Sundays or ashram holy days. You will receive a confirmation on WhatsApp or email when the parcel leaves the ashram.

2. Where we ship

We ship across India to every state and union territory. International dispatch is arranged only after WhatsApp confirmation; it is not automatic at checkout and may attract extra freight, duty and a longer transit.

3. Shipping charges

Prepaid orders within India (UPI, and Razorpay methods when enabled on checkout) ship free. Cash on Delivery within India, where offered on the main shop, is ₹990, which covers insured COD handling. There is no ₹50 add-on. Campaign landing pages such as Ganesh Yantra, Baglamukhi, Dhanakarshan and Dhan Kumbh follow the price and dispatch note printed on that page.

4. Transit time

After dispatch, India transit is typically 2 to 7 working days depending on the pin code. Remote hill and island pin codes may take longer. A tracking number is shared on WhatsApp. You may also enter the order id and mobile on the Track order page.

5. Address and failed delivery

Please check the shipping address, pincode and mobile before you pay. We cannot take responsibility for a parcel sent to an address you entered incorrectly. Couriers usually attempt delivery twice. If both attempts fail the parcel returns to the ashram; re-dispatch may attract actual courier cost.

6. Title and risk

Title in the goods passes to you on delivery. Risk in transit is covered by the ashram’s packing and, where COD is used, the COD insurance charge. Photograph damage within 48 hours as set out in the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
